Fairmont The Palm is set to launch two new culinary delights that are sure to take guests on an expedition. From Vietnamese-inspired dishes at BA Boldly Asian to a new Mediterranean menu at Seagrill Bistro, there’s something for every palate to savor.
BA Boldly Asian
Savor the new Vietnamese-inspired Straw Hat menu which is a fusion of flavors with dishes such as Steamed Edamame served with Vietnamese dipping sauce, GỏiCuốn (Vietnamese salad roll) featuring rice paper, mixed salad leaves, sweet soy reduction, and miso orange dressing, and Duck Bánh Mì showcasing foie gras, apple hoisin, umami aioli, pickles, and coriander. Guests can also enjoyChảCáLãVọng (Vietnamese turmeric fish with dill) or Phở Wagyu with beef broth, rice noodles, coriander, and beansprouts. Concludes with the delightful Chèbamàu (Vietnamese three-color dessert). Enjoy a variety of cocktails and mocktails to wash it down with Hanoi Co Hufeaturing bourbon, coffee and bitters, Straw Hats Shades with refreshing watermelon, ginger and basil, Che Tail with strawberry or peach and Ca Phe Da.
