The Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa, is inviting aspiring chefs to its annual Biryani Muqabla competition, to be held at the award-winning Mumtaz Mahal Indian Restaurant on 29^th May 2021.

Ten lucky finalists will get the chance to show off their culinary skills to a panel of judges comprising renowned food critics, writers and chefs. The competition is open to all aspiring chefs, they will be judged on preparation and presentation of their Biryani dish. The winning Biryani recipe will be added to the official Mumtaz Mahal Restaurant menu offering diners a chance to taste the delectable dish.
