IHG® (InterContinental Hotels Group), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, has signed franchise agreements for two hotels, Staybridge Suites Dubai Financial Centre and Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City, with the Dubai-based real estate development firm, SRG Holding. The agreements will see the conversion of two SRG-owned developments to IHG’s extended-stay brand Staybridge Suites. The two franchised assets will be operated by SRG Hospitality, the group’s hotel management arm with opening dates set for January 2020.
