Curated by Executive Chef Russell Impiazzi and Chef de Cuisine Shankar Majhi, the limited-time menu showcases refined comfort classics, from Butter Chicken Pie with paratha pastry to slow-braised Welsh lamb shank, celebrating British heritage with global influences.
What’s on the menu:
- Butter Chicken Pie, paratha pastry – Char-grilled marinated chicken in butter chicken sauce, wrapped in a layered paratha crust
- Slow-braised Welsh Lamb Shank Pie – Tender lamb shank with minted jus
- Lobster Pie – Braised Canadian lobster with tarragon, puff pastry crust
- Ham Hock, Local Chicken & Leek Pie – Slow-cooked Dingley Dell ham hock with braised local chicken, leeks, and grain mustard, made with rough puff pastry
- Classic Steak & Ale Pie – Slow-braised beef cheeks with London ale, shortcrust pastry
- Steak & Kidney Pudding – Slow-braised brisket and lamb’s kidney in rich gravy, encased in a suet crust
