Al Jaddaf Rotana Dubai partnered with Maknoon, a distinguished producer of premium Levantine olive oil, to host an elegant evening of Mediterranean cuisine and wine pairing.
Held at Timo, the event welcomed selected media personalities and key Dubai-based influencers to a culinary experience curated by the hotel’s Executive Chef, Chadi Salloum. The evening showcased a bespoke Mediterranean menu paired with a premium wine selection from renowned French winemaker M. Chapoutier.
The exclusive tasting menu featured signature dishes such as classic hummus, kibbeh with spinach and muhammara, mushroom arancini with tomato and basil, pumpkin & ricotta ravioli with walnuts, and a standout duck breast course. The dining journey concluded with a delicate and creamy tiramisu, leaving guests with a lasting impression of refinement and culinary craftsmanship.
