One&Only The Palm is set to welcome Casea 101 by Yannick Alléno, a new waterfront destination shaped by the flavours, energy, and social rhythm of the Riviera. Opening on 19 October 2026, Casea 101 brings together Italian coastal cuisine, Mediterranean ingredients and an atmosphere made for long lunches, golden hours and evenings that unfold at their own pace.
Seafood, shellfish and seasonal Mediterranean produce take centre stage, with Italian influences at the heart of the menu. Yannick Alléno brings his distinctive interpretation of coastal dining to Casea 101, through generous plates designed for sharing, from seafood towers and bold crudos, to the seasonal catch cooked over fire and pizzas prepared in the open kitchen.
The design evokes the ease of Mediterranean seaside living through pavilion-like forms, layered natural textures, sun-washed mineral tones, warm woods, and soft architectural curves. A central indoor-outdoor bar anchors the space, while the open kitchen, shaded overwater terrace, and marina arrival create a seamless connection between the restaurant and the sea.
Days begin with relaxed lunches by the water, where a meal can easily become a long afternoon shared over another glass and another plate. As golden hour approaches, the mood shifts naturally to aperitivo and cocktails overlooking the marina. As night falls, the tempo rises with music, cocktails and a lively, celebratory energy, while the bar keeps things going for those not quite ready to call it a night.
