Designed for guests and diners seeking a distinct culinary experience, the event will feature a set menu showcasing a selection of seafood dishes served in the warm setting of Open Sesame.
Available every Friday, guests are invited to enjoy a carefully crafted menu showcasing the freshest seafood and seasonal ingredients, featuring standout dishes such as freshly shucked Dibba Bay oysters, seafood ceviche, gambas al ajillo, crispy calamari, Singaporean chilli crab, a generous seafood mixed grill, and a choice of salmon linguine or rich seafood risotto, all rounded off with indulgent desserts including citrus pavlova and dark chocolate delice. This experience is priced at AED 329 per person including soft beverages, with the option to upgrade to house beverages for AED 429 per person.
