On 5 March, Tamoka sets the stage for a one-night-only culinary collaboration as it welcomes Salvaje Dubai for an exclusive Four-Hands Dinner that promises fire, flair and coastal finesse in equal measure.
Bringing together Tamoka’s Antillean soul and Salvaje’s bold Latin-Japanese precision, the evening is designed as a sensory journey where rhythm meets ritual and sea meets flame. Set against Tamoka’s beachside backdrop at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, JBR, guests can expect open-air energy, flowing conversation and a menu that captures the contrast of fire and ice with a refined coastal twist.
Titled From Coast to Fire, the five-course set menu unfolds as a vibrant interplay of land and sea. Expect flame-kissed beef with smoky adobo notes, delicately dressed tuna brightened with citrus and umami, and a warm octopus empanada layered with spice. A slow-cooked beef cheek main anchors the experience with depth and richness, before a citrus-led dessert of caramel, mandarin and yuzu brings a refreshing, light finish to the table.
The experience is priced at AED 495 per person for the five-course set menu, offering guests a thoughtfully curated culinary journey, with an optional grape pairing available to further elevate the evening.
