This summer, W Dubai – The Palm invites diners to indulge in bold flavors with ‘Taste of W’ – a curated culinary journey featuring exclusive set menus at AED 220 per person. From rooftop cocktails and modern Japanese plates to Mediterranean comfort food and poolside bites, the experience brings together the city’s most dynamic dining destinations: Akira Back, Olivino, WET Deck, and SoBe – all in one place throughout July, August and September.
Akira Back, selected as one of the Michelin Guide Dubai recommended restaurants from 2022 – 2025, offers a modern Japanese menu elevated by Korean influences. The Taste of W set menu includes a starter, main, side, and dessert, with highlights such as the 48-Hour Shortrib with seasonal root vegetables, Grilled Salmon with spicy teriyaki and nori rice cracker and the signature Butter Mochi Cake with coconut sorbet and salted caramel popcorn, all served in a sleek, design-led setting with rooftop views of Palm Jumeirah.

Olivino delivers a refined Mediterranean dining experience. Named after two Mediterranean essentials – olives and wine – the restaurant is a celebration of connection and community.
